Easy communication with the host. Entry instructions were well received and check in was very easy.
The property is nice,comfy and very clean , located in walking distance from every major sites, they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even on the last day when our flight was late..
Great location! Great restaurants nearby-5 minute walk. Other major attractions and shopping were within a 30 minute walk. The facilities were updated and prompt replies from the host if we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I liked everything, the check in was easy and the location was perfect, the room smelled very nice and was very very clean, the owners were very nice people and offered us all the help needed, they were nice enough to give us late checkout and gave us a gift since we had a special event, this hotel is one of the best we’ve been in and really made our rome visit shine, thank you so much for the special hospitality and amazing service, i highly recommend
The location was great, not too central but close to everything so that you could reach everything by foot.
The room was very clean. Shower was good and spacious. The snacks/drinks were a great addition as well.
The AC was a lifesaver!!!
And the hotel staff communicated really well, we never had any misunderstandings and from checkin to checkout everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel until we left for our train, which was very convenient as well.
What we really loved were the free breakfast vouchers for a cafe nearby. Delicious cappuccio and brioche.
