The owners were very friendly and kind. Very prompt to respond. They kept their kitchen open along with their employees, so that we could have some late dinner.

it was super clean and easily accessible by bus and a perfect choice for solo travelers. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even agreed to keep my bag for extra hours after my check out which gave me some extra time to explore the city.
This site is very close to the Cathedral of Mary of the Angels one of the important Franciscan sites. You can take a local Assisi bus to get around from the train station and then up to Assisi. You can also can walk from the Train Station to the B&B by using your Maps application. Nice parking lot if you drive.
