Erminia was an excellent host and very accommodating . She also provided delicious home made cakes each day. The apartment is in an excellent location with links to the airport on the same street . It's tastefully decorated and comfortable and everything was spotless . Would highly recommend this property .

Great guest house hosted by wonderful Erminia. The room was very cozy and clean with stable wi-fi and air conditioning. Great location to explore Rome, near to Vatican and Castello d‘Angelo ☺️
Erminia made me feel welcome and super nice. The room was spotless, quiet and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable!!. There were homemade pastries and an espresso machine in the room. The location is safe and a short walk to both the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo with nice restaurants right by the hotel.
