The location is just great. Metro is near. We mostly walked.
The owner is very helpful and friendly.
The appartment has everything you need: dishes, iron, coffee machine, fridge, soap. We asked for extra pillows and bedding for sleeping on the couch.
The couch itself is comfy and spacious.
It's not very noisy, just in the morning when some big car is passing by. But with the closed window it's soundproof.
Hot water was always there.
Elevator works (if you have luggage or some health issues). There's a late-working hours supermarket in 5 min walk which is perfect.
And the proximity of Colosseum... we literally stuck there every night on the way home for an hour or two when all the tourists left. It's magic at night when it's empty. Good spot for philosophical convos :)
Brilliant location. Lovely little kitchenette, modern bathroom with powerful shower. Spacious rooms and huge bed. Easy self check in arranged with host. First Sunday of the month is free to enter colosseum, pantheon, forum, Palatine hill. Fantastic!!! Sofa bed mattress was new and good for my teenage son.
Everythings was very nice, location near Coloseum, near Metro, personal very friendly!
