Gorgeous big comfortable modern room. Restaurants by the dozen in walking distance. Right in the heart of Naples

The location is really great! The room was decently large and had all the facilities necessary it was also super quiet, which is amazing, even on the weekend. Located next to bars and restaurants.

The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. W

The room was immaculate, building was clean and had great security. Staff was warm and personable. We loved our room with a balcony view of the Castle. Room was spacious, bed was comfy, and large tv screen was a bonus! Safety was never a concern for us as the building was well-secured. The surrounding area was busy but we felt safe there as well.

We were able to walk here from the cruise port, and restaurants, shopping, and The Galleria were all closeby. We could not have asked for a better location!

We did not have breakfast included with our stay.

The room was spacious and clean. There were modern amenities (massager, jacuzzi) and a large balcony, with an amazing view of the castle.

Great location, the check-in was done with the hotel Renaissance around the corner and someone helped me with my luggage to the room. The room was very clean and the terrace has a great view.
