The location is superb. The balconies face the opposite houses in a very narrow Palermo street, but with views to the Teatro Massimo in one direction and to the hills just outside Palermo in the other. The host reached out to us on Whatsapp with a complete explanation of how to enter the apartment and was totally accessible for any questions we had. Small grocery stores are very close to the property and there is a Lidl store not far away - worth visiting at least once if you are staying for a few days. The apartment is spotless and with every amenity, all very new and well looked after. The sitting room is not large (the bedrooms are huge) but completely adequate, especially since we spent most of our time exploring Palermo. There is an umbrella! We arrived in a downpour but only saw it afterwards. Well done for providing such a lovely apartment.
Amazing location, large bedrooms with high ceilings, very clean, good air conditioning, washer was helpful, kitchen well appointed. The black out shutters worked so well we slept through our alarm. Helpful staff who sent detailed check in instructions that were easy to follow and great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend.
The apartment is lovely. It is newly renovated, spacious, clean and very well appointed. Our host Salvatore went out of his way to make sure our every need was met.

Everything! The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, the decor was nice, and the host was very helpful! The apartment was also very spacious and came stocked with ingredients for a pasta dinner, and the kitchen came stocked with everything that we could need. The bathrooms also came well stocked too, with a flat iron, blow dryer, bandaids, and other toiletries. The host gave lots of recommendations and was very responsive with any questions that we had. 10/10 would recommend! We also really enjoyed the balconies and being able to hang dry our clothes and towels from the beach.
