Location, the property and the owner/or the person in charge(responds quickly and gave recommendations).
Location is great walkable to just about anything. The apartment had everything we needed. Hosts were very accommodating. No need to establish a meeting point it was keyless entry.
Everything, it’s really close to colosseum and city center

Access to the apartment very easy based on the information provided. Quite well equipped apartment.
Sleeping accommodations perfect for family of 5. Appreciates having two bathrooms and a washer. Had kitchen but we did not use.
