Apartment was very good. It had everything we needed. Hot water runs out (in winter) when 2 ppl have taken shower one after the other. Clean apartment. Bedrooms were warm but living room was a bit cold during winter. Got free public parking right infront of the apartment. When we arrived someone was waiting for us outside. There are not sign boards or banner for the apartment so we would not have been able to find the apartment if someone was not already there. Venice was 1 hr drive away. Quick response from the host on Whatsapp. Overall comfortable stay.
Enrico was very fast to answer on my messages, so I did not need to wait a lot. And all the questions or requests were solved fast.
Everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, location, Lignano Sabbiadoro.....
Very nice apartment, having all facilities, just a very short walk to the beach
The location is great, in the heart of Pineta, right on the promenade, yet still calm and quiet since the apartment is facing the yard. The apartment is clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. One bedroom is suitable for 2 adults while the other one it enough for one adult or two children (bed size 1,5). For a longer stay the apartment could have been maybe equipped better. The host, Enrico, is very kind and helpful.
