We like the locality of this accomodation the most. Cafes and grocery shops are nearby and beach is like 1km from there. Neighbourhood is not very loud. The apartment is not very old, equiped on a basic level. Owner is kind, left us some drinks in fridge and some sweet pastry. There is working TV with yt, netflix and so on. Wi-fi works well.

our stay in this house was simply wonderful.We were welcomed with a box of traditional sweets and cool drinks. the house was in a quiet neighborhood and in a very good spot 15 minutes walk from the market and 20 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the bus stop. the house was well equipped with preparations very clean and comfortable .the owner was very friendly and helpful to answer every message . I absolutely recommend it

The host was very nice, easy communication and he let us do a later check out. It's close to the beach, free parking possibilities in the streets, quiet neighbourhood. The flat was very clean and spacey.

Everything was excellent. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We asked if it's possible to get electrical kettle and the host brought it next morning. Also, the host sent us the list of the restaurants, parks, attractions etc. nearby :) The stay was great. The apartment was clean and nice. Location is perfect - walk distance from the beach (15min). Bus stops 100m away from the apartment. Stay here and you won't regret it!!! Definitely will stay here again, when come back to Sardinia.
