First time ever giving a perfect 10 on all fronts. ETNA 270 surpassed all of my expectations and was the perfect finish to a two week tour of Italy. The free amenities (drinks, prosecco, snacks, personal items) were generous and pleasantly displayed. The accommodations were updated, modern, and fashionable. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip and the quiet location nestled in near the arts district was a perfect way to rest up before our return home. We had a lovely dinner at SALT just a short walk through a buzzing area. Check-in and check-out was friendly and professional. (We were on the first floor so only had to walk up one flight of stairs.)
Lovely, luxurious property in a great location. Luigi the owner, is helpful and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the Gold class suite not only has a lovely spa to soak in, but also has the best shower in Sicily!
Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. Amazing location, facility, and Maria and the entire staff were wonderful.
The room was lovely and the location was perfect! We could walk to all the sights, shops and sights.
Very big room, the owner is very attentive and ready to help! We have the best room with the bathtub. It’s very pleasant to relax in bathtub after walking a lot above the wonderful Catania! We were visiting Catania for listening the Norma at Teatro Massimo Bellini. It was a very short, but comfortable stay!
