The location, the cleanliness and the modern updates with security in mind.
Great place. Close to the train but a bit far away from the port. We had to walk around 15 mins to get the port. Overall, it was good.
Close to the train station, spacious room, nice shower.
Great location to go to Cinque Terre very close to the La Spezia Centrale station, Very good air conditioning, very clean. I would recommend and definitely when I can come back to La Spezia will stay there again .
