I really liked the check-in process and that everything was automated and actually worked!
Very clean, modern, good location, 10 minute walk to train station, coffee, tea, water and creasant at all times in lobby. the staff member I communicated with very accomodating and nice. they sent someone to help with luggage to the 4th floor.
I decided to check out day early, and they refunded the money for that, which was very nice.
Nice and clean room, a good choice for a short stay in Sanremo
Great location, extremely comfortable bed and the lovely biscuits were immensely appreciated, thank you.
I liked that it was very central, a stone's throw away from Teatro Ariston and where i needed to be. Plenty of cafes around to have breakfast, and restaurants in the evening.
