It is an amazing apartment: in a modern building, well decorated and equipped with everything you might need, two terraces, free underground parking (for those who rent a car it is quite important), location is very convenient for getting to the city center and beach, and of course host - extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.

Great location at walking distance from old center of Cagliari. Francesca was very helpful and provided tips on places to visit and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Fully equiped appartment. Reserved parking spot in the underground garage.
Clean modern apartment with secure car parking. Lift access to the third floor. A short drive into the city centre and we found paying for parking in the Roma waterfront carpatk was less than a return bus fare. Bus stops nearby if you don't have a car.
All was great, better then expected. We had a great stay in Cagliari. Apartment was very clean, big with all capabilities and large tarrace. Looked better then on photos :-) Francesca was wery helpful and polite. We would like to return here next year :-) 10/10 definately! Highly recommended
