The apartment is fantastic for a group having two bathrooms, beds were very comfortable, and AC throughout so very beneficial with the very hot weather Rome is experiencing at the time of visit.
Apartment very clean and well equipped if you want to make breakfast or small meal for yourself
Very well positioned for some fabulous restaurants in the surrounding streets and a supermarket just across from the apartment.
Metro access within a few metres, and only one stop to Termini Station for all transport options.
Very close to Coloseum and other attractions so convenient for walking distance.
Our host Laura and her colleague gave us some really invaluable and useful information during our check in, which helped understanding transport options and great places to vist

Spacious, nicely furnished, with Italian character. High ceilings and good quality fittings. The apartment was very well maintained, thoroughly clean and had all the equipment we needed. We easily cooked full meals in the kitchen. Centrally located near the Colosseum. Quite high above the street, enjoyable street views. Neighbourhood with restaurants and bar/cafes in the streets behind. Our welcome by Laura was warm and helpful. We were really glad to arrive at this apartment and to spend time here!
