The property is accessed via a traditional Italian, solid wooden door, from a very pretty street. The facilities are excellent and the view, across to the mountains is quite stunning!
Beautiful apartment in a great location. Wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The apartment had great facilities and was very well kept.
Absolutely stunning! We felt like a king and a queen staying in this place. It is beautiful!!! We were surprised and happy to find food and drinks for breakfast in the kitchen, including oranges, and the machine to make fresh orange juice. Everything was perfect!
Affascinante appartamento in una casa storica del centro di San Ginesio, molto comodo per 4 persone, anche tutti adulti. Due camere spaziose e ben arredate, con finestre come un quadro sui Monti Sibillini. Zona pranzo e cucina molto utili, e uno spazio esterno insospettabile e intimo, come un piccolo giardino protetto tra i muri antichi. Colazione compresa, a piacere, nel bar pasticceria della piazza.
Per noi solo una notte, tappa di transito verso l’Aquila, ma siamo stati molto contenti di scoprire questo borgo-gioiello, ancora tanto offeso dal terremoto del 2016, e questa casa.

Tolles Apartment, tolle Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wunderschönes altes Gebäude, im Inneren modern hergerichtet, sehr bequem das große Doppelbett, genial die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer. Für die ganze Woche war Frühstücks-Zubehör vorbereitet, dazu ein herrlicher Zitronenkuchen. Ein herrlicher Garten hat das ganze komplettiert. Es fehlte an nichts und es war tipptopp sauber. Prima Internet hat auch Spaß gemacht! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, auch weil das Dorf richtig Flair hat und man fussläufig gut und günstig essen gehen kann!
