The location is very good, right in the heart of the old part of Grado and a 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The breakfast was very good, the personal very nice and overall it was a good experience. The property was very clean and the cleaning lady was doing an exceptional job every day.

The small fridge and good AC in the room is very useful and rare feature in Grado. The breakfast and the whole service was better than we expected on this budget level. The central location is perfect for pedestrian or cyclist tourists.
