Great location near the cathedral and other sights, beautiful elegant public areas, spotless and comfortable room and gracious, welcoming staff.
Very elegant nice hotel in the middle of attention and all the sights by walking. The roof top terracce is a hidden gem with lovely views and sunsets.
It is a beautiful hotel in the center of town. The staff was very helpful assisting with taxi and bus transportation, holding bags after checkout and resolving any issues immediately.
Hotel is located in perfect location for exploring Palermo. Staff is exceptional! Very friendly and great service. I recommend Bar Solarium on 4th floor for an afternoon drink if you are looking for beautiful rooftop that’s quiet oasis in the center of it all.
Location was perfect. The room was large and very nice. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The private terrace was wonderful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.
