Decent sized property. 3rd floor up but there was a lift. Nice location bordering the "pine forest" (with a play park, cafes, bike hire, walkways, small fairground rides, pond with ducks, etc) and about 200 metres to the promenade at the beach. A small supermarket is 6 minutes through the pine forest, the Kitchen was well equipped with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Beds comfortable. Easy check in with English speaker but normally expect to speak Italian. A gorgeous place to visit, stunning to stroll along the marble promenade which was never busy.
