Apartment was great, very clean and good linen. Alessandra met us at the apartment. It was easy to communicate with her via WhatsApp to arrange a time to meet and to ask questions about the apartment. It was a little more difficult face to face as we didn't speak much italian but we managed via the help of google translate and our poor italian. The location is great a 5 to 10 min cycle from the town and great beach with facilities 5 mins cycle away.
We experienced a problem with the air conditioning motor and Alessandra was able to move us to another apartment during our stay, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and we ended up with an upgrade for no extra cost.
