The property was clean and well maintained. Sheets and pillows were clean and adequate. Toilet was well maintained and equipped.
The property was quite close to the bus and metro stations so travelling to the town centre of Florence was not a problem. Had a positive experience overall
We stayed here on the last night of a 2 week trip to Florence and Venice. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and bed was super comfortable. Check in had a few confusing moments but staff was responsive via WhatsApp within seconds. Good location in south of Florence if you want to get away from center of the city and explore. Easy access to 1 train, just a few stops from main station. Shared kitchen was not a problem. Other guest was very friendly and polite.
Wonderful place, would love to stay again! Very comfortable bed, everything clean, big window and balcony with mechanical shutter, the air conditioning got very cold it was great. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. A big pretty room, great wifi, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very quick and responsive through whatsapp.
