Great location:
On main buslines,
5min walk from Boccadasse beach and scenic location
30 seconds walk to Lidle supermarket.
I liked the location, that it was closed to the bus stop and to the supermarket and I really appreciated we could check in earlier (it was raining heavily when we arrived in Genoa)
the staff was welcoming, the apartment was clean, the location is close to the public beach, the waterfront, restaurants and shops, public transportation
Easily accessible to bus transportation. Lovely town, hotel had everything we needed.
We counted the 2 flights of stairs as exercise. 😉

The property has e perfect location. I would definitely recommend it to all ppl who visit Genova and don’t want to be in the downtown area. The facility is well equipped. It’s situated ok the second floor, the building has no elevator so it’s good to know it. Location is great 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and in front of the building is the bus station. The stuff is very helpful and kind. The area is quit, safe and with nice restaurants near. Highly recommended.
