This property exceeded our expectations. It s beautiful, clean, has everything we could want. We spent enjoyable time n the balcony and loved watching the dogs play n the dog park as entertainment. The hosts went far and above to help us out. They were gracious and generous.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very quiet and convenient location. Communication with the hosts was excellent and there was a bottle of wine to greet us!

The property was well located near the central historic area and yet very quiet right across the street from a park. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The hosts Eugenio and Elena communicated very well and provided clear instructions for how to access the property. The property and every dimension was of high-quality. Modern andTasteful decor, spacious rooms, and modern kitchen and bathroom with access to the outside with balconies. Truly, it is better than the photos! We were very comfortable and felt so supported by our hosts and tried their recommendations for dinner (Pepperosa) and gelato (by the Arno) as well as doing the Pisa wall walk, which gives one a very unique perspective on the city. Eugenio helped us with our bags and arranged a cab to take us to the train station. I can’t say enough about how happy we were with this decision to stay at Foscolo 25! Grazie Mille!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your apartment. The owners communicate well and provide you all the details you need for check in. They also provide a good bit of information regarding restaurants, tourist attractions, and general information. They will call a cab for you as there are not that many cabs just driving around. The apartment is very nice. Good size with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath, laundry room, and exterior porch. The apartment was a very comfortable space. We did laundry there twice. Thanks for that. The location is good. In a nice quiet area but only about a 20 minute walk to all the sites. The owners welcomed us with a bottle of wine at arrival. For us it was the perfect place to stay in Pisa. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay! Elena and Eugenio were amazing hosts – very open, friendly, and quick to reply. They gave us clear step-by-step instructions for a smooth check-in and also offered great restaurant recommendations that we truly enjoyed. The apartment is cozy yet elegant – it has that refined Italian hotel vibe, is beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely well cared for. Everything feels thoughtfully put together. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of parking spaces around. It’s also just a 20-minute walk to the Tower of Pisa, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. We highly recommend this apartment!
