The location is very good - there are grocery shops right outside the building. The balcony is a MASSIVE plus, ideal for a sit out in the evening with a glass of wine (or beer!). However, Salvatore's approach to hosting trumps everything. He typifies everything that is excellent about this accommodation. He was there to welcome us personally and was super nice and friendly, and available when we needed to clarify anything. We arrived very late on the night, and we were pleasantly surprised when he knocked on the door in the morning with a pack of bottled water (mind reader, he is!) The property looks nicer is real life. The pictures do not justice to the balcony and overall size of the accommodation. Facilities are excellent and work very well. If you are reading this and considering booking this accommodation, my advice is that you go ahead and do just that. Overall, you get more value for what you pay

Everything was perfect during our stay here. Big terrace is a huge plus, location is perfect, quiet area. Very clean and the bed sheets smelled like heaven. Wifi worked perfectly. Coffee and tea provided by the host, Salvatorre, is a great man, he helped us with everything we needed. P.S. Salvatorre's mother is also such a cool lady.

The house is large and has a balcony. The kitchen can cook dinner, and there are small stores nearby where you can buy some food. The landlord is very enthusiastic and helps arrange taxis. It is easy to communicate with the owner.

All perfect, we reccomend to all. Thank you for everything.
