The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even organised pizza and milk delivered to the room. Parking was easy and free.
The stairs up were very narrow and spiral, which was ok for us with only a backpack, but a case would be difficult.
The location suited us, close to the airport, for an early flight,but unable to walk to get any food or drinks.
Overall, it is good value, very nice staff.
The host Vito was an excellent person who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He kindly picked us up from the station and offered great support throughout our time there, even taking us around to explore the area. Vito's kindness and warm personality put us at ease right away. We couldn't have asked for a better host!"
What wasn’t to like. Host super helpful - even came and picked me up from airport late at night. And what a bonus to have a cold beer in the room waiting for you when you get in. Super comfy apartment.
The host waited us for our very late check-in due to our car trip in Sicily. He was very helpful with everything during our stay. The accommodation offers a very cosy homelike stay and it is close to the freeway and a big plaza is available in 5 minutes. The balcony view of the Etna is astonishingly beautiful during the morning.
There is a terrace with a view of Mount Etna, the exterior is very Nice, the landlord is very friendly, knows that my English is not good, I can't speak Italian, takes care of me, gives me free breakfast, gives me free lunch, gives me a lot of free water and sends me to the airport to find my colleagues for free.There is a refrigerator, a washing machine, an open kitchen, free coffee and a comfortable bed. Everything is perfect, praise!
