Fantastic accommodation in a great location. Large room with big bathroom, very comfortable bed and pillows, great air conditioning, quiet location but with easy walking access to the city, great breakfast, large towels and friendly staff. Perfect stay!

The room was very nice. I requested a room on the first floor (would be second floor in the US). It had nice light and was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice but not as much fresh fruit as when I stayed in the past. Location is perfect with a great pizza/ Italian restaurant across the street. Easy walk to all sites in centro storico and San Zeno across the river. It was nice to get away from the massive crowds in Piazza Bra. AC worked well. Easy walk back after a late night at opera in the Arena.

Finding the entry was a little challenging but everything after was great. Wonderful young lady at the desk when we checked in. Delight. The bed was the best so far on this trip. Breakfast was fresh and staff,friendly. We left our bags and they were safe and secure.

Nice and clean room, big and comfortable, with heating on winter, excellent and big bath, central location, close to the center, very nice breakfast.
