Amazing staff. Very friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating staff. Every one of them. They went the extra mile and beyond to help us, when we arrived in the middle of a downpour. Wonderful atmosphere throughout the whole hotel and spa. The room was very spacious clean and comfortable. I can recommend with full hart the hotel to everyone.
Clean, quaint very italian style rooms with gorgeous little balconies overlooking lake guarda. Staff are so friendly, the roof terrace and pool area is beautiful.
Would definitely without a doubt stay here again.....manager even gave me a bottle of wine as a present for my birthday that was make in lake guarda!! Excellent little gem
The property had an amazing location close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants and activities. The view was stunning from our room, the restaurant, and the rooftop pool. The staff was so friendly and pleasant. You can tell they really care about their property and want everyone to feel welcome. We were especially impressed by the breakfast staff and I wish I would have asked their names.
Everything. The guy at front desk is really great. Breakfast is amazing and the Suite is big
Perfect location, lakeside room had a gorgeous view. Very good to have a pool as the temperatures reached mid 30’s. Ivan was wonderful and very helpful.
