the breakfast is excellent. the staff is very friendly.
Great location. I travelled with a car so the free parking was a cherry on top.
Room was good. Spacious, well maintained, and with a decent balcony.
The place is alongside a beautiful waterfall and has a small hike just starting from there. Peaceful street, peaceful place. Very nice hosts. Valentina guided and suggested awesome hikes and was very helpful.
Special shout-out to the co-hosts Bailie and Blacky who were wonderful pets! ;)

This is a super cozy spot!
1. Room we had was large with very comfortable sofa and bed. The closet woodwork is done very intelligently and offered space for everything (no stepping over your suitcases to get to the bathroom) We had a balcony that offered gorgeous views.
2. Breakfast was offered plenty of options and good coffee
3. Parking is easy and there are 2EV chargers right outside
4. Ski lift is 250m /10min walk. Lift is on Sellaronda route, so no hustle just pure joy.
5. Hotel is about 15 min walking/5 min bus from apres spots. Bus ticket is included in your stay so you can move between cities or ski lifts ad you please
6. Now last for the best! you are very safe and protected at all times as there is a mountain Pomeranian on duty! *very well behaved, will not be seeking your attention but super cute so you will be seeking his.

The property same as they display on picture, they have elevator so we can easly move our luggage. They location near a bus stop, and they staff are lovely, esp valentina, she is much getting a reccomendation for us.
a very nice family owned hotel. The family manges the hotel themselves and they are very friendly and helpful.
Valentina gave us a lot of useful hints and it is just fun to talk with her about Val Gardena and other things.
The hotel is located at the very end of Selva, so they say that in winter you can ski back to the hotel.
The breakfast is good, the room was comfy, the common areas are also to the comfort.
I hope to come back.
