Perfect location for all facilities…right by shops, restaurants, bars as well as the sea front.
Large property , plenty of room as a couple with everything you need including large outdoor terrace. On 2nd floor with reliable lift, several heavy locked doors to access making the place feel safe and secure.
The agents, Wonderful Italy, are brilliant at ensuring every detail you need is communicated to you before and during your stay…would definitely book with them again!

Die Wohnung ist in einer super zentralen Lage und sehr schön. Aus den Bildern geht es nicht hervor aber es handelt sich um 2 Appartements auf den Bildern. Dieses hat 2 Schlafzimmer plus Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer jedoch leider keinen Balkon. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt einen Gas Herd, einen Sandwich Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, professionell und unkompliziert.
Wer übrigens lecker essen will sollte direkt gegenüber essen, von einigen anderen Pizzerien waren wir enttäuscht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle praktisch vor der Tür.
Der Geräusch Pegel ist abends natürlich eher hoch bei der zentralen Lage, jedoch nicht bis in die Nacht hinein und auch nicht so dass es beim einschlafen hindern würde.

Casa dislocata a 150 mt dal Teatro Ariston, zona centralissima.
L'appartamento era molto, molto grande, pulito e fornito di tutti i confort.
