The communication was a very good prior to checking in and during the check in. The room itself is very clean and nice, and the common area is also very clean and has everything you would need if you were to cook. There is a share of refrigerator that everyone gets a shelf. I believe you are sharing the common areas with four rooms total.
Giuseppe was extremely helpful had a check in and then dropped us off in town at a restaurant that he knew was open for our arrival which was extremely kind 
Very nice room and great apartment overall. Nice terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Totally recommend.
Property it’s stunning , very well look after , typical rustic of the Vulcano Etna area , with little touch of post industrial look , also .

Our stay with Anna and her husband was just perfect. We were able to talk at length on a variety of subjects, the premises were clean and of high quality, and the service with the self-service kitchen was just as excellent. I recommend 100%. Thanks again 🌋
Anna is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. The room is really nice, especially the bath, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Being able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the sun was amazing.
