kind hosts who greeted me at the property, central location of the property with great walkability in Genoa historic city center, the room was beautifully and functionally designed and decorated, two locked doors (door to building and door to room) so I felt very safe

Absolutely beautiful place. It's a room that has all the complimentary amenities of a 5-star hotel. The design is beautiful, and the room is super comfortable. The host even brought some treats that really bring out the charm of staying in Italy.
The experience of staying in this place is surely worth paying slightly more than for an average room in Genoa.
For the best experience, I would recommend to text or call the host shortly before the arrival, maybe 15-30 min so that they can meet you on time.
