We liked everything: nice garden, frech air, birds sounds, mountains and lake view, spacious and cozy aprtament. We like to cook and we found everything we needed in a kichen. Also you can walk to the center of Malchesine in 30 minutes.

Amazing views over the lake. Property exceeded our expectations - a true fulfilment of an Italian villa with stunning setting. There were many balconies and other places to enjoy evenings all with views. Hosts welcoming.

What a lovely welcoming house - we enjoyed our stay as family here. You are away from the noisy main road around the lake and yet you can enjoy a perfect view of the lake from even different spots around the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are large and enjoyable. You can take an easy walk to Malcesine (ca. 30 min) or just down the hill directly to the lake (ca. 10 min) - the way back is always including a little excerise as it is steep, depending on the road you take - but therefore you have a really unspoiled view at the end.

Beautiful old villa and amazing location above the lake. Amazing atmosphere and views. I especially loved to wake up on the sounds of birds singing all around. Host was very reliable and easy to communicate.
