No breakfast. A kettle, cups, plates and utensils in each room. The place was very clean and a great starting point for the beach, close enough to walk to town and a train station within 3 minutes walking. An excellent and cheap pizzeria (Mulino's) is nearby, as is a grocery store (MD) which I found by chance the last day. WiFi was excellent, the cleaning lady was very gracious, and the place was always clean, even the bathrooms!! Great that shower gels and hand soap is supplied, towels and bedding are included in the price (not always the case)

Good location (3 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the city centre), around local people and local facilities (bakery, coffee places, restaurants, pub, train stop, bus stops). Very nice service. The house was cleaned daily and the towels were changed frequently.

I highly recommend this place, first of all it is clean, the staff takes care of the bathrooms, changes the towels and takes out the garbage. The room is nice, the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, there is free air conditioning, TV, and a hairdryer. A small balcony with a table and chairs - I recommend spending evenings there in the summer. There are 2 bathrooms, it's ok, the water is warm. I recommend this place because of its cleanliness, proximity to one of the nicest beaches in Bari and proximity to the Bari Marconi train station.
