Host’s communication, location, atmosphere, cleanliness, size of the apartment
Large, comfortable and clean, we were very happy with the location of the property. It was nicely decorated and there were lots of plates and glasses as well as a dishwasher which was great. The lift is handy if you have luggage as the apartment is on the 3rd floor with many stairs. A lock box makes it easy to access when you arrive. It is in easy walking distance to lots of places including the harbour to catch ferries to Porto Venere or Cinque Terre.
Very comfortable beds including the sofa bed. Nice and close to train station. Has a lift with lights. Would stay here again
Perfect location in the heart of La Spezia. It also has all the amenities you need. Easy arrival and host is very responsive for any queries.
Everything was great. The apartment is very well cleaned and comfortable, and every detail makes the apartment even more nice and like "home".
Normally, I am a bit skeptical about how a sofa bed can be comfortable to sleep, but this one was perfect.
Also very close to the station, which was exactly what we wanted, since our goal was to go to 5 terre. If you need restaurants you can also find around the apartment some very good ones in a walking distance.
The check-in is not presential but was very easy to reach by following the instructions.
I definitely recommend and have the intention to come back!
