Super friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially the ladies at the front desk! Our flight wasn't until early afternoon so we were allowed to check out an hour later as the room was not needed that day. Will definitely come back, only next time for a longer stay :-)

True Tuscan decadence, combined with a stylish outdoor pool and bar arrangement, and a lovely family-owned institution with wonderful staff. Best hotel in Montecatini, I will be back many times. The manager, Melita, is super friendly and thoughtful if you need anything.

Bellissima struttura dallo stile classico ma con occhio contemporaneo, ben frequentata e ambiente estremamente tranquillo, piscina davvero deliziosa. Si sente che c'è una gestione giovanile dell'hotel, attenta al cliente e a tutti i dettagli.
