Our original room faced the road and was not good but with some persuasion we were able to move to a room with a partial lake view. It made the stay much much better. Thanks to the reservation staff for accommodating our room change.

The room was small but very comfortable. It was not loud even tho it faced the back not the lake. The breakfast and pool facilities were superb.

The facilities were wonderful, the location on the water was great, but the best thing about Hotel Fasano was the quality of service. The staff was so kind and always asking if everything was ok. Even though the weather was overcast and rainy, we truly relaxed. There were so many areas to sit and have a drink, read a book, swim, have a treatment at the spa- we really enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff that truly helped make this a wonderful vacation!

The hotel is definitely 5-star quality. The breakfast offerings were extensive and it was lovely to sit looking out over the lake each morning. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious. We ate on the terrace one evening and dine indoors another and food was excellent both times. I especially enjoyed having a drink in the quiet, cozy atmosphere of the Gin Bar. The outdoor facilities were great.

Staff are friendly. The welcoming drink is nice. Location in front of the lake is relaxing and special
