Room 101 is opposite stairwell and there is no view other than the concrete canopy over the front of the hotel and this room is small. We are two adults and a 13 year old and this room was not at all what we expected or wanted. We complained straight away and were moved to the annexe which was a lot bigger and a nicer room for the three of us. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and work very hard to ensure everyone has a good stay with them. Pool and outside seating area is lovely and wasn’t too busy, didn’t have the towel warfare to acquire a sunbed. Room 101, where we requested to be moved small, off main stairwell, overlooks concrete canopy over hotel front and you cannot see anything else not a nice room at all. We were moved after complaining. Breakfast is ok, not exceptional, more staff canteen than hotel standard. Very busy road at the garden view side of the hotel, if you are a light sleeper will cause you problems. Mopeds, cars and ambulances all night.
