Good service Too small swimming pool

Location and the Service offered.

The hammam was fantastic, and one of the best I ever visited. Spa is small but cosy and welcoming. There is a serious problem with sound isolation in this hotel. My first night I couldn't almost sleep because of constant sounds of severe smashing and percussions against the walls. I asked for my room to be changed, and the member of staff explained the probability of noises by recent ongoing renovations. The room I moved to was better at first but soon it became clear to me that this problem is related to the whole hotel and has nothing to do with renovation/construction. Each morning I could hear the sound of "high heels" walking on my ceiling. But this wasn't the end of it. I could hear everything from the room next to me: the sound of pouring water in the shower, moving furniture around with huge wall shaking and bumping, chairs being "scratched" across the floor, walking on the heels, and even the sound of some cosmetics being dropped on the floor in the bathroom. And all that - right above my head in my bed. An absolute nightmare. To be fair, the members of the staff were really helpful and willing to cooperate. But this level of noise is definitely unacceptable for the hotel which pretends to be a 5-star, and it is a severe violation of guests' health and safety. Breakfast is average at best with cheap cheese and meat from a local supermarket, and even eggs were very badly cooked. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was good but my friend and I waited more than an hour for our food to arrive. Overall, a real shame that a place so beautiful from the outside turned out to be such a disappointment from "the inside".

Однозначно самый лучший в Виареджио! Отличное расположение, самые вкусные завтраки с шампанским и свежевыжатыми соками. В любое время года бассейн с подогревом на крыше!
