Booked the family suite and got upgraded to the presidential. They must have done a major renovation recently because you just don't see the fit and finish and amenities like this in an older building. Place seems brand new. Views are stunning. Staff is fantastic. Would stay again even if they hadn't upgraded
Everything about this hotel is amazing. First off, the staff were wonderful! Mima at the check-in desk was extremely accommodating and upgraded me to a beautiful room, as she was also accommodating another family with adjoining rooms. I was happy to oblige. The room was gorgeous. Classic Italian/Sicilian style with a magnificent balcony that overlooked the pool and sea. The breakfast was served outside overlooking the sea, and it was delicious. The waitstaff had already memorized my two cappuccino order with almond milk. The concierge, Julia and Maria took great care of me. They arranged reservations, a boat, shuttles, taxis, and the beach club. My entire stay was spectacular and I struggled to leave. Even the gym was perfect. It is a little lower than town so you either have to shuttle, taxi, or walk to town. The town is alive until late at night. I cannot stress how perfect this hotel is in every way. You must go!!!!
