The view from our room was lovely. The hotel certainly wasn’t a 4 star hotel - very much a three star. Decor was shabby - rugs and cushions etc Breakfast was mahem with Poor quality food and drink. Coffee was undrinkable and we’re in Italy!! ???? The lunch area was full of sand and dingy.

The private beach was lovely. It was small but beautiful. The water so clear, we saw fish swimming underneath. This is probably the best bit about this hotel. Awful experience. We brought attention to the manager called Anna, about the lack of availability of sun loungers. We were treated with rudeness instead of a resolution to our problem. We couldn’t believe the lack of customer centricity of this hotel. Awful breakfast service. No staff to welcome you and show you were to seat. Breakfast Staff are not engaging. The breakfast room was crowded, noisy and uncomfortable. The quality of the food was low and very little variety. The scrambled eggs were particularly appalling.
