Everything was incredible. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool and beach were great. Food at the restaurant was very good. I couldn't rave more about the hotel. Easy walk to many great stores, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back!!!
Friendliness of staff at reception and bar. Parking option I received for free due to some inconvenience on air conditioning and noise by railway. But as said it got compensated.
great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the location is amazing if you have a rented car, you can drive to near by towns and easy access to the highway. the food was great the Chiavari is a charming city.
Property is in a good location with a great pool and view of the sea. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. It was bar far the best service we’ve ever received in all of our travels in Europe. Our room was very clean and a good size for the price.
