Allesandra was above and beyond with helping us check in through messaging.
The location was awesome- a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were GORGEOUS!! Most had wood ceiling beams, decorated simply, with a clean, comfy, old-world charm room. There were modern elements- awesome bathroom facilities. We only stayed for one night, before our flight out, I wish we stayed here when we arrived. All 11 of my family, with a variety of ages, loved this stay the best out of our 2 weeks exploring Italy.
Alessandra was great, great communication and she had a taxi waiting for us at the airport. Shower was wonderful, beds were great. Location was good for shopping and eating..

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, middle of all attractions,walking distance everywhere.Room was nice and clean. I looked for a room with breakfast,but unfortunately it’s not included!!!! Overall very good.
Loved everything about this place! Staff were super responsive & attentive from the start of my booking! They reached out before my arrival to ensure a seamless check in. They answered all my questions as far as best way to reach destination after arriving in Rome via bullet train, tour recommendations. During our short stay, staff were super friendly! Cleanliness is always a priority for me - Grand Master Suites did not disappoint! The location was EVERYTHING as well - walking distance to ALL - high end shopping & major tour sites!! I can’t wait to visit again!
