The landlord contacted us beforehand and they were cooperative for meeting us to give the keys and do the check-in. There were ventillators in the house. The landlord explained that the light and the attic fan and the light of the room were controlled by a remote control.

It was very central & excellent value. There was some lovely restaurants to eat off the square, which a 5min walk from apartment & beach was only 20min walk. The old town was also in close proximity, about 20min stroll from apartment.

We could check in earlier, which was amazing. However in then end, the host was 40 min later then agreed. The sleeping couch could be a bit better but apart from that, we had an amazing stay and the apartment is wonderful

The flat is clean and spacious, everything we needed was there. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Kitchen well equipped. The hosts were nice and flexible. Location is good for reaching the city center and Genova Brignole train station. All in all - lovely stay!
