The room was fine for a brief 2 day stay. Francesca was very kind and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were quite small, but we didn't stay in our room much, so it was fine. The bed was a bit firm, but again, we were tired from our days, so we slept fine. The location however, was wonderful.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this residence. The room was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. Everything was just as pictured, if not better. The location is fantastic: just a short walk from Stazione Termini and within minutes of many historical landmarks, churches, and must-see sites. It made exploring Rome incredibly easy and enjoyable. Francesca, the host, was outstanding. She warmly welcomed me and kindly allowed an early check-in, which was great after traveling. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent suggestions for local restaurants and hidden gems. Her care and attention made my stay feel extra special. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The room was great; everything was walkable from there. The metro station was easy to access for our Vatican trip. The apt was very clean and lots of breakfast snacks and espresso pods with a little fridge. I also liked the rain head shower. We arrived after a very long travel day and Francesca was able to get the apt ready early so we could rest. Would certainly stay again.

The room has new amenities (closet, bed, desk, etc) and was very clean. It is not a large apartment (the photos make is seem bigger than it is), but it was fine for 2 of us to rest after long days walking all over Rome.

I had such a wonderful stay here! It's beautiful, modern, and clean. I felt very secure and safe staying here. Centrally located so it's easy to get to all the main attractions! highly recommend.
