Super-friendly staff. Literally across parking lot from a nice supermarket. A short walk to Mestre train station and bus stops. Amazing view. Accepts organic wastes for composting. Comfy beds.

Just a short walk from the train station, it's easy to find this distinctly shaped building. The woman at the front desk was remarkably friendly and helpful at arrival, departure and in between. Definitely a great space for the money. More amenities in the apartment than I really would need for my vacation but would be amazing as a travel for work space for sure with the kitchen items (utensils, cookware, dishes and glasses etc.) so well stocked or perhaps if I choose to return to Mestre to live short-term it would be the perfect place with the grocery store just a few steps away. (This was actually my 7th stay in Mestre) Having a washing machine in the middle of my visit to Italy was also very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and even found a place for a haircut within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Arianna assistance was excellent in every phase of the stay!

Very nice apartment with all the key facilities and a decently equipped kitchen area. The staff were very helpful and even allowed me to check-in a little early. The property is a 10 min walk from the centre of Mestre and a short walk from bus stops to Venice.

nice new building. Big windows. Great ceiling hight. Well equipped. perfect for staying with kids. Apartment is well equipped. Comfortable to reach by car and pliantly space to park. Grocery store and place with coffee within 3 minutes of walking. Train station is within 10 min of walking.
