Vittorio, the host, was very responsive. Our apartment, one on the lower (semi-basement) level, was spacious and had a sizable patio landscaped with attractive greenery. From what I could tell, the units on the floors above us must have been of similar size and had balconies. The layout was attractive and the vaulted ceiling was also attractive. With the windows closed, it was pretty quiet.
The apartment was beautiful and spacious! Everything was brand new and styled nicely. The rooftop was an added bonus. Short walk to historic center. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and really clean.
The property is exceptional and modern. The communal roof space is fab where you can relax with a great view of Monopoli: the sun bed was lovely to have use of.
