Owner was very polite and ready to help. He waited for us in front of the apartment. He allowed us to enter earlier in the apartment so we could go immediately to do sightseeing. There are two big beds which are very comfortable. It is old building so it has high celling and chandeliers so it look like you are in the castle. Kitchen is well equipped. The bakery and supermarket are near.

The apartment was clean, quite nice, not far away from the historical centre of Palermo, the owner (Giorgio) of the apartment was very nice, helpful, so no doubts here (just does not speak English and I don't speak Italian :) ) Overall it was a nice stay.
When we decided to visit Palermo we could not imagine that we were visiting a "home". That's how we felt when we walked through the door of the apartment, and by home we mean the hospitality of the owner, the feeling that someone was there for you solving any problem that came up. A very good wine was waiting for us and the apartment was big, clean and ready for us with many comforts. It is 5-10 minutes from the center and in a safe and quiet neighborhood with supermarkets nearby. We really recommend to book this apartment. If we ever visit Palermo again we will stay there 10000000%. By the way in the last two years we have stayed in many apartments and no one gave us any "how are you, everything is fine" vibe like here. The perfect host and the perfect apartment will make your vacation even better in this beautiful city.
