Great place...wonderful host...close to what is now a favorite restaurant of mine that host recommended

The room was very clean, spacious and luminous with nice decoration! The neighborhood and the location were perfect, local and quiet! The owner was very gentle and very responsive with full of tips!

Property was in a great location. Close to the train and bus station but yet in a quiet area. Close to the water bus station as well and easy to walk to everything! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Host was very nice and quick response time to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, within 10 minutes of the train station and convenient to everything else in Venice. The room was lovely and the bathroom fantastic. Giovani was welcoming and enthusiastic. The owners communicated very well and had tons of suggestions on what to do, see and eat.

I absolutely loved this charming room. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the train station, so you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The rooms are recently renovated and the bathroom and furniture are modern. Very comfortable bed. The rooms and hallway have small balconies that are nice for sitting out. Since the larger room was free I also got a free upgrade. The host was very kind and generous in giving me travel advice. The hosts also arrange luggage storage lockers in the hallway which is very useful if you want to leave your bags there past check-out time. Free espresso is included as a small breakfast. Highly recommended!
