Svetlana is very efficient and kind. She was very nice for changing us the room due to we were not satisfied with the climate in that room. She communicates very well even if it has noting to do with the room.
It was very nice to find a bottle of cold water and a muffin for us.
The host is very kind and she gave us transport support. The subway is close to apartment.
