Excellent location for the travelers without a car. Beach with a nice boardwalk and restaurants are near by. Short walk from the train station (Scerne Di Pineto) and a small convenient grocery store.
Spacious apartment. Does have a washing machine, which was not obvious from the description. Nice view from all of the 3 balconies. Comfy mattresses. Overall we had a very nice stay.
Although there was a welcome kit, wish more basics were provided - like hand soap for the bathroom, maybe a little laundry detergent, etc.
Could use good instructions regarding trash sorting. Coming from the US was hard to navigate the system on my own. For example the glass recycling containers are outside of the property, and you wouldn't know where to look for those. Had to rely on help from the locals.
Instructions on working the water heater and shutters during the storm would be useful too
все було дуже чисто, меблі всі нові, помешкання в цілому нове, на кухні повністю обладнано технікою та посудом. Вид з балкону був на море, що є дуже гарним місцем для відпочинку
