Patricia who met us to give us the key was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed us food recommendations on the map and then since we were going her direction when she left she helped us get on the subway and off at our first stop. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat and they had a handyman there fixing it very quickly.
Where to start! Flavio and Patrizia were the most accommodating hosts. Flavio was quick to respond, follow up and answer questions virtually. Patrizia gave us the best check-in experience ever. The apartment is stunning, and so spacious for our 2 children. The courtyard was an unexpected added bonus that allowed us to burn of some energy each day. The fully equipped kitchen and addition of a washing machine made our 4 day stay very very comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and feels very authentic without the heavy influence of tourism, something you may not find within the center of Rome. This place was a key player in our reason for falling in love with Rome.

We loved the location. Although initially we thought it was a little far from "the action", this ended up being the best part of the stay in a residential area.
It is very spacious and cool in the hot Summer days although the AC is not available. The area is a very nice residential neighborhood
